If in a hurry you may want to avoid this Costa during busy hours. It has no order number system. So orders frequently get mixed up. And are often put out in part, cluttering up the small serving area, that only holds a maximum of 3 trays. …

It took bloody 15 minutes to make one babycinno with marshmallows. Sunday, 4pm, not busy at all.
We’ve been served with 2 babycinnos instead. They didn’t apologize. Everyone is sleepy and rude. Awful

Popped in for coffee and cake on a weekend afternoon. There was a delicious range of cakes and the service was pretty quick. Lots of seating and everything was clean and tidy.
