Dunkin'

By far the worst customer service in all of south Florida. If you want to be treated with complete disregard or a degenerate when going in to get your fresh cup of coffee then look no further. There is one female that is always there to take your order and she does not acknowledge you, she does not greet you, she simply stands at the register rolls her eyes, does not make eye contact with you, and stands in silence until you start ordering, and if you’re lucky she’ll start the conversation with “what’d you want” or “you gonna order” but that’s only if you stand in silence as well. I work in customer service as well and if I treated any customer the way they do at this DD I’d be fired in a second. If I was a rude customer I’d understand, but I am not. I always ask them how they are doing before ordering and get nothing in return, but a bad attitude and as if they are disgusted that I am there. If it wasn’t the only one around the corner from my job I’d go else where!! I would not recommend going to this DD unless you have to.

The worst service imaginable. They do not know how to make coffee. I paid 6$ for 2 cups of coffee, they were unsatisfactory and the coffee server was rude and refused to give me a refund. This was after I left a tip in his cup. He was totally unprofessional. The manager should take note, or be replaced

I have always had the worst experience at this Dunkin’ Donuts but today sealed the deal for me to write this review. There is a girl there who obviously hates her job. She is unbelievably rude even when she is the one who messed up. The young guy is super nice but somehow I usually end up getting the young rude girl. There is no manager to talk to and they are always so slow. I work in the plaza and from now on I will drive to another location just to avoid this girl and her attitude.

I used to frequent this location daily. The girl Marie is so rude. I would constantly see her screaming at customers. It was a matter of time until it happened to me- which it did. I spoke to the owner of the location regarding this. I gave it a week and went back. She decided to speak in creole to one of the other people who work there about our incident. She was saying all types of nonsense about me- you can tell by the other reviews who the problem has been in all of these situations. It wasn’t until I told her I can understand what she was saying, which I could, that she froze and finally stopped. I gave it about another week or two before I used this location again. I ordered a LARGE order online. I was met with hostility when I went to pick up the food. Even though this location is extremely close for me, I have chosen to use another location daily. If you don’t want to play Russian Roulette on how your morning will start, I advise you avoid from this location.

If I could give zero stars, I would. My husband has had many negative experiences at this location but since it is around the corner from our home and we wanted to pick up something quickly, he went to this location this morning .The bagels were extremely small (the size of a key fob)and squished so much that it wasn’t even recognizable as a bagel. Since we didn’t notice this until we were home, I decided to at least try it. I bit in and it was uncooked dough. I immediately spit it out. I do not understand how this location is still in business.
