The slowest drive thru ever. Also, we waited over 20 minutes in front of the window and got this major disparity in fries, waited another 10 minutes for one drink because the manager “couldn’t” stop the mechanical drink maker, we ordered chicken nuggets and got no sauce, and no ketchup with fries. Awful. And this was the manager working the window. AWFUL!!!!

Very bad experience. Cashier repeated my order just how I placed it. Only for it to be missing part of the order and also one of the sandwiches was missing most of the ingredients. Do not waste your money here they have a bad attitude and management is not doing anything. If you don't like working there just leave no one is forcing you to work at a McDonalds. 0/5 stars if it were possible. Never again. Honestly I don't know what I was expecting from them.

The service was quick and employees are friendly. Wifi working well today. Awesome new bakery items. PlayPlace remains closed for my safety, but the self service drink station is open, because let's face it, these decisions are not about safety. Water available to serve yourself, but no tea out. Random parts of the restaurant are no longer closed. Constant beeping from the kitchen. At least one electrical outlet open so that you can change your phone. One of the few restaurants that is not freezing cold inside.

While I get my food eventually at this location, things seem to take a very long time and I get the impression the staff feels overwhelmed. I just sat at the drive through window saying “hello” as politely as I could for probably 45 seconds before I finally heard the mic and the person inside greet me. Also, really needs a redecoration. It’s a pretty old McDonald’s and it shows.

Ordered through the mobile app and this rude woman told me I only paid for a cheeseburger and after I showed her my mobile app receipt she said there was nothing that she could do. Never coming here again and have been for years. Great job staff you absolutely should be ashamed but hey, you work here for a reason.

This is the worst McDonald’s to go to when you order your stuff you need to look in the back to make sure everything isn’t in there. They charge you for stuff but yet you never receive it. I asked a guy at the window in a red shirt to confirm my order is telling me that I didn’t pay for it when I know I did. So make sure you ask for your receipt when you pay your money at that McDonald’s

Don't let these busted broken down liars sit there and tell you they're out of ice cream. Once they lie like they did to me, pull over and order your mcflurry thru the McDonald's app while you're in the parking lot that way those lazy MFers in there actually process your order because they have to. Tired ole heffers.
