Mcdonald's

I have been to this McDonald's many times ONLY because it's on my way to work but it would be worth the trouble to go to a different location. This time I went through the drive thru where I felt the order taker was annoyed by having to take my order. They get something wrong EVERY time. I'm diabetic and today I repeated twice that I wanted an iced coffee with cream yet they added liquid sugar so I couldn't drink it. I ordered a breakfast burrito with mild sauce, they forgot the sauce. The manager in the morning is part of the problem and she's just full of attitude. Terrible service. I'm not a Karen and I don't like to complain but this place just gets it wrong every time. I only talk to the manager when I've been charged extra or when she comes to the window herself to see why I'm holding up the line, not to solve my problem. Usually it's because they forgot the cheese or the whipped cream or a hash brown. I can't tell you how many times they forgot to give me a bottle of water. I'd skip these negative Nancy's and go somewhere else.

Customer service in this location sucks! No one says good morning/ good afternoon, or respond back when you say thank you. They give you the food and they don’t even look at you. The manager is the only person that has ever said hello at the window and have a good day when you are leaving. I have to say the order is always good but we are fed up with the service so for now on we are just driving a little extra to experience better service. If you don’t care of how you are treated while ordering then this is the place for you.

The food is always fresh, (no stale bread) and the staff is friendly. During breakfast hours they move pretty quickly, lunch and dinner seems to be a little slower. I've gone there at 2am and sometimes I'll wait at the window for 7-8 minutes which is a pain, but not many places are open at that time so I just deal with it!

They always seem to be rude to me even the manager because they can’t seem to get my order right🤷‍♀️ I eat at McDonald’s quite frequently and this is the one closest to me but I’ll definitely drive the extra 10 minutes to go to another one. I always end up paying more for the same exact thing and they still don’t get it right and then they’re rude to me because I repeat my order once I get to the window because hey you didn’t get my Drinks right. Definitely need to train your employees better😡
