Great ice cream products and very good customer service.
However, Florida is now in its second week of COVID-19 business re-openings after at least six weeks of lock-down, yet so many wussed-out businesses still force their customers to resort to curb-side pick-up and eat their ice cream in their car.
NOT a good policy at this late date, Carvel.

This store should not be open until they provide gloves, soap and have sanitizer to the employees. They are serving customers with no precautions then handling money and without washing hands or wearing gloves serving the next person. Very dangerous. The customers and employees are at great risk.

While most Carvel stores in the region only have 2 soft serve machines offering 4 flavors, this one location has 3 machines offering 6 soft serve flavors!! And it had my favorite soft serve flavor, Black Raspberry!! Please make that flavor a permanent selection!!!!!
