Panera Bread

This parking lot is usually hectic & crowded (beware of reckless driving). I ordered a cinnamon roll & croissant, each were $2.99 individually. The cinnamon roll was fresh, tasty, & the perfect amount of sweetness. The croissant was flaky, light, & enjoyable. Staff were all amiable, polite, & accommodating! Overall, lovely experience!

So- my first and last time going to this location.. I “ordered ahead”. Went to pick up my order.. a girl asks if she can help me. Told her I’m picking up, and gave my name. She said, “we have to make a new one, someone took yours” whatever.. two minutes later she brought my order outside, and said, “it was sitting there the whole time”.. VERY snotty-like. Excuse me! I wasn’t aware your supposed to go up to the counter and rifle through bags.. gurl had SUCH an attitude…

I frequent this Panera on a regular basis. The staff knows me, especially the manager. Today 4/10 I picked up a chicken salad sandwich and a fugi salad. There was a ROACH in the sandwich. I spoke to the manager and he wanted me to bring in the roach so he could see if it was “his”. How absurd!!! This is a place not to go EVER!

Ok so I’m gonna say I enjoy eating here but please for the love that is all good and what ever, get the staff a proper vacuum that works! That way they can do their job easier! I just watched this poor girl get on her hands and knees vacuuming the floor with hand vacuum no bigger then half the size of your French baguette. I felt horrible watching this! All I could do was watch out as much as humanly possible to avoid spilling anything on floor because of how bad I felt. How are you planning on keeping your staff safe and most of all your customers safe from bacteria if they’re on the floor. Do you realize your staff do handle the food as well? Listen management grow up, take some money from the petty cash and buy a vacuum. If I see this again, I’m not coming back!
