Panera Bread

I’ve ordered online delivery 2 times in the last week and each time I order a frozen caramel cold brew, it NEVER has whipped cream on it (even though i asked) and the drink is extremely small! I’ve been ordering this drink for years and I get the cost of supplies has gone up but $7 for this? I was honestly surprised when i saw how small it was. And it’s not sweet. It’s annoying because this drink has always been my go to.

Manager was very rude and unprofessional! She refused to correct my order or give me a refund when I asked her. obviously they ran out of tomato sauce to make pizza and use tomato soup in return the pizza was soggy and continuously fell off the crust. She told me that I could have possibly poured soup on it to make it like that. However as you can see the tomato soup is on the bread not on top of the cheese.

In the past this Panera location has not been extremely friendly or efficient however Christine is different. She is friendly, efficient and I recall a morning when I saw her helping an elderly man with a gift card because he was having trouble. All things we say should be the norm, however not the case. We have seen her many times like today and she takes the level of customer service to a new height! Thank you Christine!

These guys never get my order right and they don’t serve half the menu. Not sure why, but you can’t ever order half the things on the menu. I personally think they’re too lazy to make them. Today they delivered my order wrong and refused to redeliver and refused to refund me the full amount including delivery charge and tip, only wanted to refund me the food amount. How does that make sense? I still have to pay for something I didn’t get? Manager Amy Was rude and unhelpful. I called corporate also unhelpful. Next call is to my cc company to reverse the charge. What a waste of my lunch break, and now I’m HANGRY!!!!!

Don't know if all locations are having issues but there were ALOT of menu items blocked out on the in store menu boards...seating area needs some updating and TLC. Slow service at lunchtime is a problem. Waited 15 mins for half a sandwich and a cup of soup. Staffing was sparse and they were struggling hard to keep up. The food preparers were calling out for supplies they needed to complete orders...shouldn't those things have been stocked up BEFORE the lunch rush? It was just strange because I've usually had great, relaxed and FAST service in many past visits..made me sad to watch one person working so hard by herself to keep up...unsure about returning 😞

I am disappointed in this Panera Bread. I ordered the cream of chicken and rice soup and there was very little product in the bowl mainly broth and hardly any chicken or rice in the soup. Also ordered extra dressing for my 1/2 salad and the two containers they provided could equal to one container of dressing. They are not filling up the containers with enough dressing. Is this how inflation works? Charge more and get less?

Been going here for 5 years. 😫The food is good but they never seem to get a custom order right. If you're on the go, forget it. 1/5 times have they actually made my custom order. I just want bacon. I don't notice until later because I'm on my way to work or to get read for work. I just want a slice of bacon. Either way they're saving money because they've been getting a free extra dollar per order. Why no bacon? Why can't I just get my custom order? It's just usually one thing and MAYBE a drink. Please look at the ticket when making the order. I don't mind waiting an extra few mins for a slice of bacon if it means my order is right. I tipped $5 on my order, spending almost $20 total and I STILL don't get my order right. 😫 Why? 🥺😢😭 This location is the closest to me. It's always clean and quick but if you want anything custom- I STRONGLY advise against. I'm sorry for the negative review but not all of us have time to check before we leaveeeee 😭 1/5 times was it correct ever. 🥺 Can you guys please explain why you need up everyone's custom order? A reply would be amazing.
