I had the bourbon molasses wings and they were absolutely the best wings I've ever had. The restaurant was a great, typical college town sports bar. The atmosphere was good and service and pricing were excellent as well. I would highly recommend Hilligan's when visiting in Bowling Green Kentucky.

First off: LOUD. Ye GADS. When we came in during the evening there was a deejay who was playing country music... but only playing about 60-70 seconds of each song, just enough to get the crowd singing along with the chorus before immediately shifting to the next song. For the entire length of our meal. Bit weird, but okay? Thankfully, we were out back, so our eardrums escaped mostly intact.
The individual-sized pizza was tiny, but EXTREMELY tasty. The burger was about what you'd expect at a really good backyard barbecue. The club sandwich was just fine, and the mac and cheese was excellent (real pasta, real cheese, not boxed stuff). The chicken fingers were very flavorful, if slightly overdone, and the fries were clearly hand-cut, with good flavor and excellent texture. The waitress was wonderful, attentive and friendly.
A solid off-campus dining experience, all told.

This was a nice establishment, friendly staff. Unfortunately their CO2 was not working appropriately and we could not get any draft beer or soda. We aren’t from the area and were looking for a sports bar to watch a game at. Food was fine, but not great.

Comparably cheap drinks, good atmosphere but I've never had beer this stale before.

You have to try the pizza. Recent remodel looks great. Outdoor patio seating. Stop in for lunch, Billiards or watch the game on TV. Friendly service. Great neighborhood atmosphere. They don't deliver but call ahead and they'll get it ready. Don't miss this place.

THIS is the textbook definition of a college bar. Always a fun time at Hilly’s. Awesome community. Definitely miss going up there. And the cheese bread!

I stay right across the street, I order carry out quite often and always tip. This is what I get for $5.49 the "chili con queso"
chili was literally cold by way.
Guess this is what we get for tipping good 🤷♀️🙃

Spent 15 minutes waiting for a server. More than one server looked right at me and kept on walking. I'm giving two stars because I've previously had good experiences here. Maybe it's just the night shift that has service this poor. I said to hell with it and left.
