Pizza Hut

The pizza was good and I appreciated the cinnamon sticks that I got is a 'birthday present', But the curbside pickup experience Was disappointing. I was alerted that my food was ready, I drove up to the store and followed the directions posted to text a message to them, But it took nearly 15 minutes to get my food & I had to call (twice) & tell them I had been waiting over 10 minutes. They were very busy, But there were also periods without customers when my order could have been dealt with. I watched through the window, the 1st time I called, as one of the delivery guys picked up the phone and set the receiver on the counter. The food was good, the experience not so much.

I waited 40 minutes for my order. I saw two people who had ordered after me get served before I did. After arriving at the store after the intended 15-20 minute regular wait, I waited inside for another 10 to 15 minutes before hearing that my order hadn't even been put in the oven yet. I was assured that my order would be brought to my vehicle once it was done. After waiting a total of 40 minutes for my order I went back inside the store to ask for a refund which I was refused. I was then handed my order which was put in the waiting oven that had been forgotten about by staff. My food was cold and I did not receive all of the extra sauces I had paid for.

You need to update the computer and communication system at this Pizza Hut. I waited in the "Pick-up" location of their parking lot for an extra 15 minutes, while my pizza was getting cold inside the restaurant. I had called the Text number to let them know I was in the parking lot. Finally, I walked inside to check on my order. The manage told me that their computer and phone system was outdated and needed updating.
