Was there for lunch and working and the staff was amazing. Very prompt service and steak finger basket was awesome. Will be returning

I ordered 1 singular chicken sandwich with lettuce and jalapeño. I was asked to pull up in the drive through, then watched at least 4 people order and get their food in the 15-20 minutes I was waiting. Then when I finally got my 1 item, it was missing lettuce.
I pulled into this restaurant on my road trip, just to leave hungry, irritated, and with an extra 25 minutes on my trip.
The lady who refunded me was nice, but I've never eaten at a dairy queen, still haven't, don't plan on ever going to another one either.

Intercom isn't working, out of sweet tea. Rude customer service as well. Did not put cheese on a burger with cheese. Didn't put fork with chili cheese pie. This place is horrible do not recommend

No Sweet Tea, a smart remark about it from the manager ( if we're out, we're out ), building needs some attention like ceiling hanging down etc.

The employees do a decent job
As do the cooks
And they are good people and work hard
I give this DQ only one star because for over 20 years of dining there i must admit
I am always dissapointed.
I try every year or 2
And always with a gift card
Never my own money
And always there is more than one reason to be disappointed
The food is decent
Ive never gotten sick
But
A drive to Nocona DQ is worth the time and fuel for me
