Wingstop

It’s a shame that our food was pretty good because the customer service was so bad we don’t plan to order again. They forgot two items- one of which they ran out of while preparing the order. When we called, they stated that they “ran out while preparing your order and just figured you’d call eventually”

Wing Stop in Bowie Town Center: the food did not have any seasoning. The wings were nasty; I had two different flavors and that were not good. The chicken tasted burnt and the fries were so salty; the corn was ok but they gave it to me luke wearm. I just wasted $17.85 on this meal😡. I threw it away in the trash when I got home. The only good thing about this place was the staff, they were nice and friendly and the place was clean. They need to soak the chicken in some seasoning and not just put sauce on top of the chicken!! I'm calling on Rick Ross to fix it! I will not be returning to this location.

Wing stop is my jam. They are kind of pricey for wings but they always have some kind of special or value to work around and save a few bucks. Their flavors are wonderful and very tasteful. It takes a bit to get the food but extra time allows for assured quality. The atmosphere is laid back and casual so it's a decent place for a simple yet peaceful meal.

Used to love coming here but the last several visits, the food was awful and the orders were incorrect. The 'boneless wings' are clearly a different type of meat and texture, and they aren't seasoned/sauced the way this location and basically all WingStops are known for. The bone-in wings were absolutely horrible. We figured they'd be bad just from the way they looked when we opened the box, and we were right. They were pitifully small and shriveled up. A horrible attempt was made to fry them. There was no coating, batter, nothing. Just raw meat tossed in oil and overcooked. Probably the worst bone-in wings I've ever seen and had. This location used to be great. Not sure if it's due to the new staff but it's declined terribly. We won't be going back.
