I just left this location and barely made it in time for my smoothie. Britany was so sweet and told me to order whatever I wanted although I could see that they had put away almost everything. She and another young lady were very friendly and I really appreciated it. I will definitely be back to this location.

Great smoothies...subpar service...imagine that when all one has to do is take the order, make the order, and send you on your way. Unfortunately, service get slower EVERY visit and yet the staff is increasing.
Today 8-7-20, not only was the wait greater than expected (10-15mins) prior to ordering. Once inside, no order or regulation and the staff (4 people in total) were more engrossed in conversing with one another than working. Faith the “shift lead” sits in the back and only two staff were attempting to deal with the rest of us. Surprisingly, I ended getting my order LAST after those I had originally ordered before. I don’t know what to think, but whomever is managing this location needs to rethink some things.

The smoothies and conditions are good, the store is always clean. The owner is a sweetheart and you can see the passion when she’s there.
The kids that work there have no concept of being professional/friendly. This was not the case when the store first opened. Some barely speak or crack a smile when I approach the register. They talk about their personal lives which is fine, but it shouldn’t be loud enough for everyone to hear.

When you spend 8-9$ on a strawberry smoothie, you don’t want it to have a weird taste. It seems like the water their using is bad, or the strawberries have gone bad. I’m not sure how you mess up a strawberry extreme. Other smoothie kings are not like this.
