A convenient location but a bit short staffed. However, my Cappuccino was well prepared and well served by the soul female barista who was polite and helpful.

Starbucks at the Village Hotel – disappointed by the rude, dismissive service from the man behind the counter. His off-hand and belittling attitude really spoiled what should have been a pleasant visit. A real shame, as the hotel itself has such a lovely atmosphere — but this made for an unenjoyable experience
Ham & cheese Panini with Americano coffee. Warm, comfortable but soulless environment. Better than waiting in RBH.
Bought two large hot chocolates. Soooo weak and no real flavour. Not had a bad one like this at starbucks. Can only assume they put a normal scoop in large cup. Yuck
