The service is always fantastic whenever me and my fiancé come in for a drink. I have never liked coffee until I had tried Starbucks. the fruit drinks also are a lot higher quality than other places and it's nice to be able to relax in a friendly environment with a coffee or a pink drink after a day out.

I have always felt comfortable going in to Bourne Starbucks. I never use drive thru. They are always friendly. Clean restaurant. Fast service. I can sit and drink my tea and eat my egg box lunch at a table. I much prefer them to Dunkin'. Convenient in and out. Sometimes the rotary is jammed and driver's have to be patient pulling out into rotary when exiting. Convenient hours.

Baristas couldn’t have been nicer, store was clean, and my drinks were great! the barista with the gold septum piercing was especially helpful. wish i got her name!

Sweetest blonde girl named Harlee she is so polite and helpful. Made my Frappuccino exactly how I was wanting it. Didn't have to wait either! Perfect customer service skills, and such an animal lover.. what a great employee can't say enough!! You are lucky to have her i go nowhere but to thus location. She is perfect every time I come.

The slowest Starbucks on mainland side of Bourne Bridge but...one of the best. My order is never wrong and always full of flavor. I'm sure there is a lack of staff but still a good starbucks if your willing to wait.
