First time coming here. Staff are very competent, take pride in what they do, actively listen if you request something to be added even when it's busy. Also the farmhouse sandwich taste light and healthy not anything like fast food chain. Just wanted to give forewarning; the parking situation here can get really tight especially when busy. And it's not a sit down establishment, you go in, order, prep your drink and go. So if you are ordering for a sizeable group of people it may be better to send 1 person in with a list to get everything, alleviate the crowding a bit.

Gosh, sadly I forget this place exists sometimes. Years ago I remember enjoying some breakfast bagels but for some reason hadn't been back until recently. For years, one of my favorite breakfast menu items at McDonald's was a bagel egg and bacon. I don't know if the franchises around here are owned by the same people, but for whatever reason it is just not on Utah menus. My desperation to satiate my craving for a bagel breakfast sandwich landed me at Einstein brothers. At a minimum, their delicious sandwich offerings did that much for me - satiate me. But really their bagel sandwiches to me are easily one of, if not the best, quick breakfast offering around. I can eat their "All-Nighter" every day of the week and never be tired of it. Recommend it whole-heartedly, staff is kind and quick, overall enjoyable experience.
