Smokin Bones Bbq

Honestly I don’t have any negative to say. It’s been years since we have been back and I felt like it picked up where we left off! We got the steak burgers and flavor was phenomenal. Crème corn and fries were excellent. We each got different t brisket ( lean and marble) and both great flavor on the burger. I also bought their dry rub seasoning and can’t wait to add to my smoked meats.

Ate here for the first time today and 10/10!! The steak burger was delicious!! The pulled pork on top was so tender and juicy. The fries were so crisp and hot. The burger was super meaty but not in the meat sweats kind of meaty it’s was surprisingly light. The fry sauce was really good but definitely not spicy. I will eat here again, those French fries!

Ordered 2 meat plate with coleslaw an fries. My had the steak burger with BBQ beans potato salad and a order of frito pie, Great food, we eat there often as we can along with my co-workers at Holly. Today they did forget my coleslaw when I ordered takeout but still fantastic. Love the mom and pops spots. 8.10.23 food is still fantastic.

If you're a single woman looking for a hard working man.... This is the place! Oh and the food is amazing too. My favorite was the baked beans and the lemon ice pie. They were busy but it took me 5 minutes to order and receive my food. The owner came and had a chat with me, I just love to see local companies succeed. I'm excited to go back and try their BBQ pizza.

Decent BBQ place. I got the three meat plate. The pulled pork and brisket were pretty good, but the ribs were dry. A buddy I went with got the sausage. I tried it, and it was really really good. I'd recommend that to anyone who goes here, I'll get it next time if I'm come back. The slaw is oil based (not mayo) and it was pretty solid, and the bbq beans were really good. The kid at register was new, but the rest of the service was really good and the food came pretty fast.

A first for us when we were asked if we wanted lean or marbled brisket. Both of us ordered the brisket sandwich. It was a large hamburger bun with a lot of very tender meat on it, no sauce, but two barbecue sauces were on the table. The coleslaw is vinegar not mayonnaise based. To me, the macaroni and cheese had a Velveeta taste to it. The potato salad was red potatoes with skins and hard boiled egg, maybe mustard added. The lemon ice box pie slice was huge, very good, but I was impressed with the soft whipped cream because I usually scrape off the frozen whipped cream that often tops this type of pie. Service was very good. This is not a cheap place, BBQ never is, but the brisket is delicious. Two other customers ordered ribs and one customer ordered a Frito pie -- I tried so hard to see what that was.
