Wendy's

So I've had this issue a few times with this Wendy's. Their food is pretty good. But there has been at least 4-5 other times where I have received burgers that are all pink inside. Tonight, I got a #9 triple. (I took the other 2 patties off to eat separate, Don't judge me!) But tonight, all three burgers where all pink inside.. now don't get me wrong, I don't mind a little pink sometimes. But the WHOLE INSIDE?? No Thank You!! Specially from a fast food place. Na. I probably won't be going back. It's happened too many times now.

I have the pleasure of stopping in to this Wendy's just before they open today. The person on the drive-thru intercom did me a solid though and didn't leave me waiting in line, they came on and let me know that it would be about 5 more minutes before they opened. Little did I know it was going to be extremely well worth the wait. My partner and I each got a combo meal for breakfast, and they were both expertly made. What does that mean? The bread was treated perfectly. In my case it was a croissant which was buttery and flaky and seem to have just come out of the oven. And my partner's case it was a flaky biscuit. Their biscuit was better than any I've ever had at Hardee's. The sandwiches were also sauce perfectly, and all the ingredients were arranged on the sandwich so that it made for easy eating and didn't make a large mess. We were also fortunate enough to order a dish of biscuits and gravy. I've never had b&g from wendy's, but if you get the chance I highly recommend it. It was like a textbook picture of the way they're supposed to make it, with the biscuit laid just overlapping in the tray split in half, and a wealth of sausage gravy lovingly ladled on to the plate. Normally you'd read a review like this for a fast food place and think come on, this is pretty hyperbolic. But that is not the case here, as I've got pics to prove that it happened as I said it. That biscuits and gravy was amazing. And I will gladly go back to Wendy's for more. Thank you to the ladies of this Wendy's who made our morning so perfect. If you get a chance be sure to stop in the morning and see them.

Fries were inedible. Wendy's switched to sea salt to season the fries several years ago, but they still don't know how to use it. Most Wendy's oversalt their fries as if they were using the typical table salt at home. No receipt offered, nor given. A big no-no, in my opinion. The other food I ordered was "meh!" Nothing to write home about, but definitely worth a criticism here!

Bad experience! The cashier was annoyed because she was having trouble redeeming a coupon for us. Then she showed us attitude when we asked for ketchup. When we received our food, we realized that she added the wrong item, causing the coupon could not be redeemed. We told them and they didn't even try to fix it. Then she complained to her coworkers behind our backs that we ordered the wrong items!
