Subway

I drive Uber Eats, and multiple times it has been more important for employees to cash out their drawers, stock chips, clean, or keep helping other customers than simply giving us our orders behind the counter, and asking us to fill drinks when we are safe serve certified when are finally acknowledged that we exist. Really really disappointing and unprofessional. I have cancelled enough orders here and will no longer being doing anymore.

Please fire Ben. I regularly go to this subway and he is rude, inefficient, and overall ruins my experience. I have worked over 4 years in customer service and never worked with or been helped by someone who is so consistently poor at their job. It’s one thing if they have to learn, another if they’re just rude.

Great sandwhiches & I'm only able to usually come in at night. This Subway stays open much later at night than most which is terrific!!👍 However their so called fresh baked cookies seem to always be rock hard at night from no fresh ones made except maybe early mornings which is dissappointing!!😢 Click the like icon below please if you like my review. Subway opens early. When I am cycleing I can rest assured they have hot food ready. and thats better than every other fast food place nearby. I dont have to bike through a drive through and be told they wont serve me. When their lobby is closed. I dont have to wait for stupid post buisness day opening hours. Or deal with misprepared food. Are some of the employees a little bit on autopilot? Yeah but at least they show up. During covid this is 5 stars. Give these guys an incentive to brighten their hearts this holiday season. They deserve as much as you can tip.

Yikes. The red head and girl with the blonde hair and bad root job were not polite or even nice. Terrible attitudes. Won't be back to this location. No greeting, no smiles demanding and inconvenienced in every way by our mere appearance. I work in a hospital where people are inconvenienced and sick and hurt and they are nicer then these two combined. Need some training in customer service.
