Had a lovely snowy dinner here tonight. Everything was delicious. Staff was super friendly
I had the lavender martini and it was absolutely perfect. The coconut shrimp was so crisp and delicious. My husband had the jambalaya pasta and I had the Strawberry spinach salad. I missed a dessert picture but we shared the brownie. Was was absolutely delicious. Warm. Fresh. Chocolaty. Highly recommend salted caramel Gelato on top.

I had a WONDERFUL experience at Aperitivo. I was visiting my cousin in Boulder and even she had never been here so we decided to try it out for lunch after I landed and I am so glad that we did. I had a delicious and comforting chicken noodle soup with a fresh and tasty turkey sandwich that came with a side of fruit. My cousin also enjoyed her white bean and kale soup and spinach and strawberry salad with grilled chicken. It was the perfect lunch; light yet filling and very very good. The staff was also very nice and happy to explain anything. I would definitely stop by if you have the chance!

I’ve been here many many times and I’ve had a great experience each time. There has not been one dish or drink I’ve tried that I didn’t end up liking. The staff here is very personable and friendly. The place is homey and unique.

We had Valentines dinner here and we were looking for a gourmet dinner. Calamari was good, not the best I’ve had but good. Salmon was pretty good too. The brownie and raspberry sherbet was amazing and the best part! Drinks were $15/ea which was a bit excessive. Nice evening and friendly service.

I love this place. Service is amazing every time I come here. The food is consistently great. I had Mahi mahi and it was fresh and delicious. Today I have their braised beef and I can’t stop eating. Try it for yourself. Can’t wait to be back

Aperitivo catered a rehearsal dinner for us. We are from another state with our son marrying in CO. It was great working with them planning via phone and email with menu suggestions, they did all the set up and clean up. Many compliments on the food. Price was great! They were very prompt with communication all the way through. Made it so smooth especially from halfway across the country. Thank you so much!

The food was phenomenal. I actually ended up going multiple times within the same week because it was so good. My favorite dish was the creamy Gorgonzola and smoked salmon pasta, but I also tried out the other pasta dishes, truffle fries, and deserts all of which were excellent.

Not bad, probably not my scene though I was expecting like a new American brunch place. Food was tasty, staff was friendly. I got the chipotle chicken sandwich after starting with a coffee and a mimosa...
