Sat at bar. Great drinks, wide selection of beer. Can get beer or whiskey(!) flights. Great selection of whiskey, featuring rotating selections.
Smoked bourbon cocktail was my favorite.
Happy hour specials include tasty apps for cheap. Loved the Mac ‘n Cheese balls, fried, of course. So good alone, they don’t need the sauce.
Crispy Glazed Brussels Sprouts were delicious. Wanted to lick the plate.
If you don’t like the new bartender, Ryan, then you have a psychological disorder that won’t be helped with alcohol. He’s great.

The atmosphere is casual, which is a nice change to the potentially pretentious nature of many of the other restaurants in Downtown Boulder. It's more like classy-casual eating with a sports bar twist. The wait was not very long for a table and we found a place at the bar to hang out. The beer selection was nice with a good assortment of local brews. I enjoyed the meal I ordered of salmon which came on a bed of greens with some roasted veggies. My friends ordered burgers and one even asked to have it served on a lettuce wrap with asparagus on the side - yum! They were happy to accommodate. For an appetizer we had the brussel sprouts. They were so delish! Don't miss those. I would go back again. The only reason I gave it 4 starts was because the menu wasn't very extensive. I didn't have to many choices... But what they had they did well so I liked it.

The burger was amazing. The beef is just delicious and all of the toppings were fresh and tasty.
They have gluten free buns although it's not listed on the menu. The waitress was knowledgeable; she let me know the fries are cross contaminated and she double checked on the salad dressings.
Overall good food, fast and friendly service. Would definitely recommend.

I would have not noticed to go to this place if it was not recommended by BullDog yoga. We got appetizers and were pleased by it. The drinks were also tasteful. I would go here again to try out the other foods beside the appetizers. Brussel sprout and mushroom toast was good, the deviled eggs were pretty good, but for me the vinegared red onions was a little over powering.

amazing beer selection with an even better service. I was walking on Pearl’s street around Happy Hour time on a Thursday when I passed by Eureka and decided to walk in - and I’m glad I did! I feel like I can’t compliment the service enough. I sat by the bar and not only the bartender was extremely friendly but he helped me out from picking a beer to charging my phone (and I haven’t even brought my own charger lol). I tried this Odd13 Brewing Inc IPA called Superfan that’s very yummy! food is great as well; they have vegetarian options which is pretty good for someone like me who’s slowly tryna reduce meat consumption. I tried the Falafel Bites which is in the Happy Hour menu and it’s pretty freakin’ DELISHHH!
to make it even better, I found the prices pretty fair specially for the high quality you get.
told my friends about it and am 100% coming back!!! :)

Had dinner here during my stay in Boulder. I had their Grilled Chicken Watermelon Salad, Fried MAC and Cheese and a soda pop for my beverage. The salad was delicious, fresh and crunchy. My server was friendly and prompt. I enjoyed my dinner.

Eureka! My exact thoughts once I realized this is my new favorite happy hour location in Boulder. They provide a great selection of happy hour goodies to snack on after a long day of work. Not too mention their beer, wine, and cocktail selection will satisfy anyone in your party. I was very pleased with their well rounded tap offerings of stellar beers. A trip to Eureka’s happy hour would not be complete without an order of their Mac n’ Cheese Balls and their delicious brussel sprouts. Along with good food and good drinks, I found their atmosphere to be well thought out and added to a fun and relaxed vibe. If you choose to sit at the bar you’ll have a good view of a few TVs, as well as their unique design behind their taps and hard alcohol bottle presentation. I plan to come back to Eureka anytime I’m looking for a good happy hour activity.

I have probably walked past Eureka a thousand times, assuming that as a vegetarian it wasn't the place for me. One weekend morning my roommate and I felt compelled to try somewhere new (that had fries, obviously) so we went to Eureka. The atmosphere was very hip, service was friendly and quick, and the food was so tasty. They were very accommodating for both my roommate and I (as we're sometimes those people who ask for a couple substitutions due to food restrictions). I will definitely go back.
