Last night I went to buy a 6 pack. The guy took my ID and asks "is this fake"? then examines it for a good 2-3 minutes. Then scans it. Then tells me to take my mask off. He looks back and forth of my face and ID for a good 15 seconds and throws my ID across the counter. I'm a 37 year old that looks more like a 45 year old unfortunately. The way he handled this transaction was super unprofessional even for a 7-11. It takes the convenience out of this convenient store if I have to waste my time anyways. I would rather walk over to Fred Meyer and waste the same time and save a few bucks next time. I just moved across the street from there, and won't ever go there again!

7-11 SUPERSPREADER! I can’t believe that with as bad as the new Omicron variant is that 7-11 would allow their employees to go massless. This guy didn’t even attempt to grab one when I walked in. He just looked up at me from under his turban when I asked him for 2 packs of camel 99’s and then leaned his head down towards the opening of the useless plexiglass window and asked me to repeat myself. Also the most expensive cigarettes I’ve bought from anywhere else in the area! Almost $2 more than anywhere else! And that’s WITH the $.25 discount per pack and 2 pack discount 7-11 offers! I will NEVER GO BACK TO THIS STORE!

Purchased I phone charger. Worked for a day and then stopped. I know they only sale a product but it is frustrating. Like the staff here, and store is always clean, but chargers are not that great...

Don’t honor posted sales. I went and saw the stuff I wanted was buy one get one free. When it was rang up the 2nd one was at full price. I was told the sign was old and they took it down.

I shop at 7-11 every day. They are out of cold coffee every time. also the hot chocolate. always old food in the hot case. A couple of the workers are very rude. And look like they would rather not be there. And have better things to do on there phones. or scratching lottery tickets. while you're at the counter. I wish they would get rid of a couple employee. and hire someone that will at least stock a simple machine. Mostly in the afternoon. to the evening .
