The owners and employees are friendly and polite. Always fast and great service. I am a delivery driver as well they usually have my order ready when I get there.

Dirty store made worse by owner who never wears a mask and gets right up in your personal space regardless.

I stopped here off of the freeway and needed to use the restroom to be notified that they do not have a restroom. I've never been to a gas station without a restroom in my life. The lady was very nice and so I don't want to give a horrible review but it definitely was very frustrating because I really need to use the restroom.

I already paid the food in the app. When I picked up my food, the staff refused to give me the food and asked me to paid again. I showed them the receipt and asked the 711 customer service to call them as well. They still refused and asked me to pay again after customer service asked them to give the stuffs I paid.

Went in to buy water. Chose one that was $1.49, got rung up as $2.19. Told the clerk it was listed as $1.49 in the cooler. He told me I must have picked from the wrong row. I told him there are 2 full rows of Aquafina, all listed at $1.49. He said the price that rings up is the correct price. I told him I'll go somewhere else.

Got 10 police called on me after a cashier was being the rudest I have ever experienced in any form of customer service.
His manager comes out asks what the problem is. I calmly explain it to him that his employees need to learn better customer service. The manager calls the cops. Bothell police show up in 3 minutes. I explain my situation. Called their corporate office filed several complaints. I am attempting to have all of them fired, who calls the cops over an argument when I was being civil.. ?
