Night cashier is stealing from the register...... told me credit card scanner wasnt working when it clearly was, said cash only, took the cash and wrote down exactly how much it was before putting $ into register. These are the exact precursor steps to stealing from the register; undoubtedly after I left, he took the exact amount of $ back out of the register and marked down the items I purchased as stolen on inventory for the night. Sad how common this scam has become.

Old employee rang in coupon then after taking my money noticed the coupon was expired and instead of giving me a new total threw my money and coupon back at me and started to go and checkout the next customer, I said what are you doing don't ignore me, and he said in a rude demeanor oh you still want something? I said yes I still want something. The employee then re rang my purchase up and cashed me out giving me zero politeness, dirty looks, and acting as if I were third rate. This employee has no regards for customer service and this is not the first time someone I've know or I have had the displeasure of dealing with and have come out with only negative things to say about the experience. I don't know who is training the people at this location but clearly something is going wrong here for a simple transaction to turn into a humiliating degrading experience for the customer to be treated so wrongfully that it appears that they are a bad person who shouldn't be served in front of numerous peers that they have to live around and see in their community. To tarnish the reputation of that person by their peers during this transaction makes me nothing less than appalled. I do not recommend anyone visit this location and if they do, to think again because to support this type of business behavior and ethics and customer service would be just as wrong. There are multiple convenience stores within a block of this location which I would suggest going to instead and another 7 eleven within under 2 miles on bothell Everett hwy near fred meyer and safeway with employees who know how to do their job properly and who won't put their customers down or treat them as the employees at this location treat theirs. The other location has a gas station as well. So I implore you ( if you must visit a 7 eleven location ) do not visit this one and instead take the two minute drive down bothell Everett hwy to visit the other one where you may actually be treated with some decency. This was a horrible experience and if I must ever visit 7 eleven again, believe that I will not be visiting this one and instead will use one that is further away because of the customer service level that I know is being received at this location.
