Lately there have been a great deal of loud and disruptive activities at this particular place around 2am such as people drinking outside and playing loud music with heavy base that shake up the whole neighborhood. The employees here don't do anything when this occurred and allowed it to sometimes go on for up to an hour waking up the whole neighborhood. STORE MANAGEMENT: Please put up a sign of some sort to let your customers know that hanging around drinking while playing loud music is prohibited.

5/7/22 I have shopped here for ober 7 years. This is my corner store.The new owner is NOT going to this store to see how the transition is going! Today I walked into 2 employees arguing and talking about shooting the other. This store has gone down hill since the previous owners sold it. You walk in and the shelves are empty and Freight is scattered everywhere!! I would lik to see this store cleand up and managed /OWENED better than this!!!!!!!

Always a constant flow of customers ~ location, location, location! For the most part the customer service is pretty good. During the day there are usually 2 cashiers which is nice considering the amount of people going through. And I love the mini donuts! What the store does need though, is a bigger parking lot! Can be a kind of a cluster f _ _ _ sometimes with the gas pumps right there!

Rude, disgusting people. Sold us rotten milk and refused to exchange it, and treated my mother like a criminal for wanting to switch it out the next morning, basically accusing her of hatching some dramatic scheme to get a gallon of milk out of a gallon with one rotten sip missing. They’re not just crooks towards strangers - they’re crooks towards neighbors that sustain this business, that go in weekly and treat it like a corner store. Now, even if I’m almost out of gas, I go up the street instead. Don’t give them your money.

Why the heck did you take the microwave away?? Every other 7-Eleven in Seattle has a microwave.. I asked one of the employees why there wasn't a microwave and she replied that the owner is very afraid of Covid-19 and that he has a daughter that is sick (not covid, some other decease that lowers the immune system), so I ask the question to you Sir, What the heck does the microwave have to do with Covid ? Do the electro magnetic waves allow the fluidity of the non airborne virus to travel fluently and infect everyone? Are we customers not touching the door handles, counter and every other item in the store? What is this bios against the microwave? Seems like your fears are allowing your sound business judgment to become cloudy. Please dont punish customers by taking away specific items that you fear might help spread the elegued pandemic.

Doesn't even deserve a star. Worse customer service. So bad I yelled at them and I am pretty chill. Pointers: when someone is on the verge of tears having an emergency that may require medical attention don't treat them like garbage. Have some empathy and sympathy. Don't be jerks and them laugh at them when they leave.
