I know Wendy says they cook everything fresh one burger at a time. I thought it was kind of odd If that is true why was my hamburger cold french fries were hot.

Ordered a couple of double cheese burgers and fries- Root beer and a Diet coke. Really enjoyed my burger nice flavour. Fries were warm, diet coke got poured away- don't know why but I find that soda drinks taste different than back in the UK

First time at Wendy's. We are from the UK and have obviously heard about Wendy's - it's definitely better than McDonald's but the one we went to in Boston was a bit ran down. The service was lovely, very polite, and the food was canny but didn't amaze me.

This is the only Wendy's Downtown. It's small and can get pretty busy. The food is pretty good as compared to other Wendy's. The manager appears to be running the show pretty efficiently and also time to cashier. The atmosphere is not "fun", but you can sit down, relax and enjoy your meal.

I sat in but I couldn't go upstairs where ther was more seating. So I had to sit by the door with people coming and going. I enjoyed my meal it was hot and the service was good. I wanted the peppermint frosty...It was delicious.
