Pretty good, overall. Customer service was good but the store is like a maze- takes awhile to get used to where everything is.

This is a great place. The cupcakes are just a little over baked but overall the food they make is really great. Takes a bit to move around the store but overall once you get through the crowd things are easy to navigate.

Cleaner than I expected. Don't know why I thought it was going to be a dungeon with snacks. It's not. It's not a dungeon. But they have snacks. I shall be back.

Lots of variety, store is smaller than a grocery store in a more rural area but big enough and stocked efficiently to where I find almost anything I need. Given that it's right in the center of downtown Boston it's awesome you can get in and out in a reasonable amount of time

Pristine store - workers take pride in the store. Everything is neat and clean and nicely displayed. Meat and produce looks fresh. Prices are fair.

Best grocery store in Boston. If you need it, they've got it. I was thinking about licorice and I turned a corner and there it was. An entire wall displaying licorice from Australia!! OMG...

Once you can find the place as I was visiting from out of state, (its in the basement) it was great. But seriously, I have never been to a supermarket where they had more security dressed in black hsn actual employees dressed in red that will follow your every move. It's like big government watching u. I was in law enforcement 15 years and it's obvious the amateurs with walkie talkies are following you as I looked like an outsider. Lol just really weird!
And I had minimal food items in my cart, look at my cart! Milk and chilli, lol. Is that how Boston is? I guess it keeps out the homeless!
