Place has gone downhill for some time now. Compared to other barberitos I've gone too. The salsas are never mixed right, missing flavor. Last time the cheese dip was burnt and gross and the cashier told us they have to serve it before the new good batch. They never want to give you the extra chips that come with ordering extra sauces, they act like the chips are scarce or something. In general things don't get stocked up well, asking for stuff just gets you a shoulder shrug. My brother had funny smellin meat once and the guy behind the counter said "yeh it smelled funny before".....as in before he served it to people? If you've had a bad experience here try any barbs in Asheville they are always good.

I love the family atmosphere and entertainment at Barberitos in Boone the people there are amazing the one guy Jody gave us the best service ever he is quite a performer for barbarito, you guys need to give him his own store for to just saying we will definitely be back many times over because of the environment the family and again because of j o d i e and his leadership and people funny guy but serious about Barberitos business and giving burrito love thanks guys good job peace love and Barberitos

It was very good. Burrito Bowls are usually one of the most abused menu items in the restaurant industry. Barberitos had many choice that were varied and fresh tasting. Rice and beans too salty though. I seriously stopped because the road sign said healthy!!!!

Better than Chipotle. And they include chips with your meal. The employees are very nice and approachable. We went in close to closing and they were up beat the whole time. That is not how mist restaurant employees act when it is close to closing. I was never nice like that right at closing when I worked in a deli.

This place is almost identical to Moe's, so if you like Moe's, you will like this place. We ordered 4 taco bowls.
---NEGATIVE---
1. (-1 Star) The guy that started our order added unwanted onions to one order and unwanted tomatoes to the other. The second guy had to fix it (The first guy was very friendly, just moving to fast.) He was just trying to move to fast. Needs to slow down a little.
--- POSITIVES ---
1. Friendly staff.
2. Prices were reasonable.
3. Food was very good.
4. Good choices.
5. Lots of food for the price. One of anything you order is plenty.

We have so many wonderful things to say for Barberitos catering! We wanted a taco bar for our wedding reception without it being too formal like it would be with traditional catering. We chose the exact time for them to come set up, how many plates we needed and what type of food we wanted (there were a quite a few different options to go with for catering) and they showed up on the dot and were very efficient and thorough with how they put everything together. The food was very fresh and delicious! It was even better than we expected! Everyone loved the food and we heard from many of our guests about the chipotle sauce being the best they ever had. If we ever have another special event, we’ll definitely use Barberitos!

Barberitos has some of the best Mexican/American food in the High Country. The burritos are HUGE (I opt for the burrito bowls, also HUGE). Quesadillas are stuffed full and the veggies are all fresh. The meats are prepared in-house and specialty orders are the norm. The staff is very friendly and there are daily specials that include a drink. Below are the nachos (HUGE) with shredded pork under those veggies. Did I mention the tortilla chips are fried in-house? And that the portions are HUGE. I did? Ok, cool.
