We fell in love with this place.Such a great romantic atmosphere,we were seated by the fireplace,got a nice bottle of wine. Our server was super friendly and accommodating,gave great suggestions.We ordered stuffed mushrooms as an appetizer,they were awesome.Fresh bread was amazing,almost fought my daughter over French onion soup.My husband couldn’t stop bragging about his baked potato,that came with his steak.Scallops in my seafood tortellinis were so soft.Defffinately coming back Thank you

Amazing staff and food! We had a bachelorette group of 8 and they accommodated a day of reservation. We were able to sit upstairs, in a more private area of the restaurant and got two servers to wait on us. The servers were very friendly and attentive. We all enjoyed our food, especially for the price! Highly recommend! (Seafood alla Vodka pictured below)

I took my Mama out for her birthday. There was live music (Thursdays only) and wonderful food atmosphere and amazing service and overall customer service. The only part that was difficult was parking. But it was worth getting creative in the parking for the rest of our dining experience. We will definitely be coming back (and bringing friends) for another Thursday night live music outting

We thoroughly enjoyed this place! The food was delicious and there is a great selection. I went with the cheese stuffed ravioli and added meat sauces and my husband got the lasagna. I also had their French onion soup and it was incredible! Fortunately this was one of two places in Boone on Open Table and I was able to easily make a reservation.

🍝Best Italian in Boone🍝 I plan to dine at Casa Rustica every time I visit Boone. The interior conveys a homey, laid-back atmosphere of authentic, home-crafted meals. You can sense the 40 years of history the moment you step in the door. Be generous when ordering your appetizers and soups! The stuffed mushrooms have become an easy favorite of mine (parmesan cheese, sundried tomato, and bread crumbs--yum!); however, Casa Rustica boasts a variety of "Primi Piatti" to keep you coming back for something new each time. The alfredo dishes taste amazing, as well. No matter what I order, I leave the restaurant full and satisfied. Highly recommended!
