Boost Juice

Took 25 minutes to get my order. Longest I have ever had to wait for a boost. There were 3 staff members but one was just washing lids out the back, not helping. One trying to serve and the other making the drinks but kept making mistakes and pouring them out and starting again. When it came to my boost, the machine broke and they just left it sitting there for another 5 minutes until someone moved it to a working machine.There were people who waited longer than I did and then others who ordered after me that got theirs first. Wouldn’t order from here again.

Came in last Saturday 29/12 at around 9:45 where a young girl served me who later told me she was only 15 which i found impressive due to her well manners. she was very polite and even though she was extremely busy only working with one other lady and about 20 customers was still very friendly to have a short chat and a joke with. The drink came out efficient considering the lack of staff and large numbers of customers and the 2 staff working always seemed to have a smile on there face even when they were running around the shop like crazy. The drink was made well and not runny like some boosts these days. Overall a great experience will be back.

Took 30 minutes to make a watermelon crush and berry remedy due to being extremely understaffed. The watermelon crush got lost in the ether of orders and was only made when we inquired about what was taking so long. The manager on duty at the register taking orders should be commended for handling the sheer onslaught of customers while the other staff were very blase in getting orders out . She identified that we had been waiting for a considerable time period and compensated us with a free boost card. I do regularly go to boost and feel this store was just mismanaged and would not attend the Bondi outlet again.

Very nice man made me a juice tonight after he was just about to close the shop and had just finished cleaning the juice machines, he heard my voice as i was sick and was kind enough to assemble the machine again for me. He added some ginger in my juice to help my throat and I feel much better after that juice. Im very grateful.
