Mcdonald's

But I've been noticing doing doordash that the employees at McDonald's at night are having a high demand and they can't keep up if there is a way when the doordash should know how the demands going to go which they might pretty sure they do that they can meet inform restaurants to let them know which day can a do additional help the nights that they need them it would be a lot easier cuz alone I've been here for about 5 or 7 minutes now having told him about my order that I'm picking up and I got nine a headed me and I'm about to order and there's nine behind me and as I'm sitting here they're still rolling up the lineup I don't know if everybody here is doing doordash or ubereats or whatever but it seems this is the most I've seen send doing doordash and I've been doing it for a year or two now

Came to this McDonald’s, asked for a meal they have at a different McDonald’s but not here, and the female that was working was rude and belittling. Instead of saying we don’t have that meal, she continues saying “there you go we have that meal” I have never been treated this way at any place I have been. She did not have great customer service demeanor and lacked common sense. This was approximately at 7:50pm.

At the time of this review it's the 13th of February. Last night which was the 12th, I called this particular McDonald's to see how late the dining room was open and I was told that it was open till 8pm. Well my husband and I got there at 6:30pm and they were closed! Many other people came to this place as well and found out that it was locked up an hour and a half BEFORE closing. IDK who's working for this particular McDonald's and I don't care but if they are too lazy to keep the dining room open till it's supposed to be closed then perhaps they should not be working there. I give this 3 stars because the food is good but the lazy working employees cost the rating 2 stars.
