I love this particular location. I’ve been a loyal customer for many years, and will continue to be due to their consistent food quality and service. They’re a little pricey on some items, but their prices are pretty in line with this type of Italian American chain cuisine. I’ve tried many of their menu items. Pastas, wings, pizza, wraps, subs, salads… all very good. Tonight I had the Arancini Rice Ball, and the Arugula Goat Cheese Salad. Very pleased with both items.

If zero stars were available, that's what this junk food pizza place deserves. I called the manager "Patricia" ( who incidentally refused to give me her name which I got from another employee) after I got home, a very short ride only to find that all the dishes had leaked and the sauces were all over the paper bags. That's only the beginning. I placed the order and was told it would be ready in 25 minutes. 50 minutes later and after several lies about when it would be ready, I got the food. This junk food pizza place now fashions itself as a real Italian restaurant. Don't be fooled by their new high prices. Cheap food, and the cheapest possible takeout packaging is what you get. Instead of trying to right a wrong, this manager claimed I "mishandled" the takeout. I took pictures of everything as it came out of their cheap paper bag. Fortunately it never made it to the seats of my car. Avoid, Avoid, Avoid. At $25 for an entre, their at so many better places to take out. I have had to dispute the charge on my credit card.

Last week four of us went here. We were not greeted in by the woman at the door but commandeered in without even the benefit of a smile from her. She led us to a booth. A very unwelcomed reception. We said the booth would not do as one of us was still recovering from a broken hip and required a chair. This woman maitre d' became visibly angry and verbally nasty with a snide remark. Our questioning of the tables up the ramp was met with evasive responses so we said we would go up the ramp to those tables and she led us to 2 tables for 4 joined together as if for a family of 8 where we would not be socially distanced and would be elbow to elbow with strangers. Unless advertised as such I have never seen a restaurant do this. Upon questioning her if the tables could be separated her response was a curt no and she needed us seated before others came in. We opted to go down the ramp to the booths where our friend dined in discomfort. We should've just left. The food was good. The prices were average. The highlight of this place was the waiter, John, who was attentive, courteous and an outright joy compared to the witch at the door. That woman maitre d' needs serious schooling in manners. P.S. When we left a good hour and a half later there were still some empty tables and booths. Will I go back there? I have to think about it.

Be prepared to get greeted by an angry owner who hates people. If you drop your napkin by mistake she will come over and tell you to pick it up. If you dare to ask for extra dressing you will get the evil eye and never get it. Waitress was the sweetest but the owner is angry, mean and should not be in the hospitality industry.
