Squat N Gobble

When my husband pulled up to this place I thought there must be a mistake. The name. Kind if looks like a hole in the wall. So it's gets raves; let's do this. We were greeted, served our drink choices immediately. I didn't think I could do one more burger, so I settled on a Reuben, no kraut. It was served quickly (the server checked to make sure it was what I wanted-whoever heard of a krautless Reuben? The corned beef was juicy and picked high on beautifully marbled rye with cheese l, my dressing on the side. Perfect! I was a happy camper. I'd totally eat there again.

Quirky local breakfast & lunch dinner where you could spend hours reading all the signs on the walls. We were told by server that they still had 2 cinnamon rolls available and that we should get 1 because they are famous for them and will be out soon. We got it and considered it our breakfast appetizer and she was right. Definitely delicious and we gobbled it up. Partner got the country fried steak, so good from the bite I tasted. I got a country omelette. We split a bacon and brown sugar pancake, bacon maintained crispy and the pancake was delicious. I took home 1/2 omelette and 1/2 pancake. Breakfast potatoes were perfectly seasoned with a crispy texture. Omelette was very tasty.

Wife and I stopped in for a late breakfast. We had a 10-15min wait but it was well worth it. The staff was kind and joyful even after a crazy breakfast rush. And the food came quickly and was cooked to perfection. My wife had a Greek omelet and I had a breakfast burrito. Both were delicious. We got a kick out of the decor. It was refreshing to be in an environment that doesn't take itself too seriously. Highly recommend.

This was a nice find that was a great experience. Crowded and there was a line on a Sunday morning which is indicative of the quality of the food. I was not nuts about the sign in process which felt a little impersonal. But overall this was a place we would recommend and would definitely visit again.
