Subway

I've been quite disappointed in several locations throughout the city the last couple years. But not this one. The employees I see here are always very nice, working hard to keep the line moving and the subs are always well put together. I don't normally tip at subways but this one is always well worth a couple extra dollars.

Didn't get a receipt so I will place my complaint here. Asked the girl to make sure the meat goes on top. She tells me that's they say they are supposed to do it assured me that's how she will do it. I figured ok so she just sucks at cutting bread.....nope she just didn't bother to double check. Thanks.....

Good service, great food, healthier eating. I appreciate that they offer sandwiches of several different varieties and flavors, which keeps me from getting bored. I often alternate between the club, meatball, chicken breast, Philly cheese steak, and the tuna. The staff is fine. At lunch there is often a long wait to order and the line doesn't move quickly. However, I love the food, the prices are reasonable, and I feel better eating a little less red meat and avoiding the typical fried fast food options. I love Subway.

Placed on line order about 8:20 said to be ready at 8:35. Pulled and my husband went in at 8:27 knowing we would wait until about 8:35. Several customers has gone in after in and have already left. Sitting her in the dark now at 8:56 and my husband is still awaiting fir out food tk be made. This is NOT very good online ordering. Husband just came to car and said after everyone left he said about our oder and the guy ignored him and turned his back to him. Then the gentleman started our order.

Terrible customer service at lunch. The guy working the bread and meat was very rude and had some smart things to say when I got my bread wrong before he even started making my sandwich. Then the person that puts the veggies on the sandwich was super rude. To beat all after we are sitting and eating the bread and meat guy tells a customer "dont make me have to clock out". Super unprofessional and rude. I would rather wait in line because they didnt have enough people to work like before than have to deal with that at lunchtime. And just so you know I'm not lying, run your tape on this date between 1130 and 1230. Hope you have sound on it.

I came in to this morning like I have done over the past 5 years as I work right down the road. I have never had a issue always great service! I usually get a meatball sub and request my meatballs to be cut in half. Never been a issue yes I understand it takes a extra min. Literally I watch them do it a min. And Dennis was work and his response was "oh no we can't do that ma'am that would mean u want me to cut 16 meatballs in half I can't do that". have got this done at this location for years and So I change my sandwich to a wrap and he didn't even know what went on it and kept asking me like idk I like it just the way it comes I had to read what to put in it. Then I went to pay and the machine wouldn't take my card. There was plenty of money on said card. It wouldn't take that card. So I used another card wouldn't take that card. I used these card earlier this morning so I knew it worked. I asked if if he could try manually typing the number in case it was the chip reader. He said he could do that all he knows is the computer won't take my card. He offered no way to help and was clueless. I walked out without my good and this ruined my morning. I will not be coming back if he is in. 5 year customer and have never had this type of experience.

I ordered lunch via Door Dash while I was at work. I ordered the Spicy Italian sub on Italian bread. When it was delivered to me, the bread was so old and dried out that as soon as I touched it, it fell apart. I had to remove the meat and veggies and eat them. I wouldn't have served that load of bread to a customer by any means.
