Smashburger

Smashburger is WOW. I got the sweet potatoe fries, brussel sprouts, and the double cheeseburger. The fries were amazingly crunchy and yet soft and the brussel sprouts had great flavor and were not soggy. The burger was really good and the meal was very filling. I ordered to-go. The girl who took my order was very patient and offered me recommendations since it was my first time. They do not have honey mustard but the smash sauce is similar. I'll probably go again before I fly out of Cincinnati when my job ends!

Came in hungry, left happy! Quick lunch while working, stopped in for my first smash burger experience. Josh made ordering a breeze and the food came out quick and was excellent! Had a classic, fries, and a salted Carmel shake. All of it was delicious and the shake was really tasty and was two full shake glass servings. Staff came by to check on me while I was eating and asked if I needed anything. Everyone was super polite and helpful. Pretty sure they are also part of diners club rewards too so that’s a nice perk! Overall, really enjoyed my visit and would come again!

I walked in and Josh greeted me right away. He told me about the new burger and fish. He helped me through the ordering process. After I paid Josh told me about the reward program and how to enter it. My food was just the way I ordered it without tomato and pickle. I had the smash fries. Both of the items were fantastic.

If you are looking for a good burger, this is the place! This location is clean than the staff was friendly. The service is also quick. I order their sweet potato fries with my burger, which are not usually an option at places like this. They also have milkshakes, if you want something sweet and will even give you the extra shake leftover in the mixing cup so they don't waste it. They have kids meals that are fairly priced.

I just tried Smashburger for the first time last week as I was passing through Cincinnati. I must say I was impressed. The food was great and the service was truly amazing. I was concerned the price may be high however it was right on par with most burger joints. The burger tasted good and the sweet potato fries were delicious.
