Starbucks

They are very nice and fine 70% of the time. But now it’s just been more times than I can count that they’ve had very unpredictable hours. It always makes me sad to get up earlier than usual to get coffee before work just to find they decided not to open until 9 or 10 am that day. It’s too convenient a location to not try though. I hope they get it sorted out soon!

This used to be my favorite Starbucks location in Bloomington, but it is getting worse and worse lately. The drive thru line is ALWAYS ridiculously long, and they’re rarely offering mobile order pick up or in-store ordering. It’s different every single day. I never know what to expect when I go here. I understand the entire world is struggling with staffing issues, but to me, it would make more sense to have the inside open. No one wants to wait 45+ minutes in a drive thru everytime they want coffee. This place lacks consistency. I don’t experience this issue with any of the other Starbucks shops in Bloomington. Whoever is running this place - please stop shutting off your mobile ordering every other day. It’s quite frankly very annoying.
