White Castle

Stopped today on our way to the children's museum in Indy. I would like to say CUSTOMER SERVICE was GREAT!The food however, not so much. Ordered a 30pk, 4 with cheese and pickle only, 4 absolutely plain. EVERYTHING IN THAT BOX HAD ONION ALL OVER IT WHICH LED TO ONION ON EVERYTHING ELSE! we all ate 1 and put the in the back of the truck. Once home I took each one out and "dusted" the onion off the best I could! Good grief. I truly believe whoever cooked our order dumped the ENTIRE bowl of onion on them! The pictures do NO justice. There is onion EVERYWHERE! As a family, I don't think we will stop there again particularly for this reason.

I've had good experiences with this location for the most part, but this last trip was terrible. After sitting in the drive thru line for half an hour, half of my food wasn't even edible. Cheese sticks were all smashed up and stuck to the box, sliders were soggy with grease. Very disappointed. It will be a while before I go back and if I see more than a couple of cars in the drive thru I will opt to go somewhere else in the future.

They were very short staffed, so it took a while (and that's very understandable.) However, the food came out hot and some of the best White Castle we had in a while. Only sad note, and it's small, they didn't give us one of the two sauces as requested. I'm very impressed with the staff that worked around 5:30pm and after, on November 17th 2021. Sorry, no photos, it was dark in the car and we were hungry.
