Just great all around. Vey laid back abd polite staff. Even cleaned a firedhouse bucket for me when I wanted to buy one and they were out. He could have just said they were out but he actually went and cleaned one for me. They really take customer service seriously. Will definitely be back on my next visit to Bloomington. Oh and the sub was really good too.

I appreciate the employees, they have all been really nice to me. They explain menu items before I make a final purchase so I know the amount of food to expect. I rarely eat out (it's more of a treat) but I come back because I feel welcomed here.

The staff made sure I was up to date on any deals and was able to provide suggestions, in addition to making sure I was pleased with my meal. The salad was a fresh, healthy option. My husband enjoyed his cheddar brisket.

I recently discovered Firehouse Subs and I have not been back to Subway since. They have something for all of .picky eaters .. 1 don't eat cold subs, 1 don't eat hot subs and 2 don't eat meat. I now have one stop shopping. ❤️❤️

Good sub sandwiches, good wide variety of breads. Also wide selection of chips and sauces to go with your sandwiches. The employees are courteous. They also have take out and delivery with a service. Catering is available also. The building is conveniently located off Veterans Parkway next to Papa John's Pizza.

Me and the kid's come to eat from time to time! Well the whole family really! We really enjoy the warm fresh subs! Soup is good as well! It's not super expensive so the whole family can eat!! Definitely recommend!
