Mongolian Buffet

If i could rate 0 stars i would. Terrible service, not worth $16 a person. the staff was very rude to my boyfriend and i after he did not leave a tip. the food was extremely gross and they started putting most of the food away when we got there at 8:30. they close at 10!. the cookies were hard as a rock, the noodles were dry, there isn’t many choices at all. 0/10. would not recommend at all. The bathrooms were disgusting and the locks work terribly.

Just want to start off and say let’s not forget about the video that was posted in 2016 about the rat. But about my visit, the food wasn’t that good. It was all sitting there for a while and you can tell from the looks of the food and lack of food available. The service was weird too. At the end of our meal she stood at our table with the check and just stood there waiting for a method of payment without saying anything until we connected the dots. Then would stand by waiting for us to leave after that when it wasn’t the end of our buffet meal. That ruined the whole mood of the dinner. Very pushy and not polite.

Pleasantly surprised at the amount and quality of the takeout I ordered from a popular delivery app. The sesame chicken was savory, and not overly sweet, the fried rice was delicious, and I could probably eat the crab Rangoons all day long. This was definitely different cuisine than I typically eat, but delicious.

I just went here yesterday and I really wish I could put a 0 because of the experience I had yesterday and today! 😭 yesterday we were rushed by the staff and the one lady was standing over our table the entire time waiting for us to be done and non stop asking even while we were eating. She even had to check if we left a tip before she took the bill. I made the mistake of eating their sushi and this entire morning I have thrown up 7 times and haven’t been able to eat or drink anything without throwing it up! Also they took the plates away before we finished. Overall, I wish everyone luck who goes there.

The food was good, mostly sea food, the desert was not good. The Jell-O had too much gelatin so it was very hard, and the donuts were over cooked like they were refried. The wait staff was very rude, waiting at the table till we gave the card then was like they were hurrying to kick us out. I won't be going again.

Everything was going smooth till I tried to pay the bill. I was handed the check and hovered over until I gave her my card. When she came back and I signed the receipt she noticed there was no tip (was going to do cash) she said “no more” which my response was surprised. She asked for a tip and I was getting to that point but after that I decided not to leave one.
