Starbucks

This is a new location, folks I think are still training so it's sometimes very slow (11/23/21). That should change in a few months when they get things down. Plus side is the team is super friendly, despite a 10-15min wait for only 1-2 cars in line, it's nice to have a smile with upbeat attitude when you get to your turn. So, remember, there are days it's slow there, make sure you have the extra time just in case for the time being.

The girls were really nice but it took honestly 20 minutes to get to the front of the line then when I did get up there the girl started taking my order to told me to hold on while she went to go talk to another barista. She seemed fairly new but the conversation didn't sound like it was about orders. But the girl who made my drinks did it fast and they were good. My husband actually enjoyed his white chocolate latte which he is hard to please

If you have a gift card, they can't tell you what's left on it. I can go to Caribou and they can tell me what I have left on a Caribou gift card, but not at Starbucks. I had to come home and look it up online. I know it's trivial, but gives me just one more reason to love my Caribou. Little things do add up.

They employees are always really nice and try to get the drinks out on time, but they do not know how to make the caramel cloud macchiato. I have gotten it 3 times and each time it has been done a different way. Only one of those ways were right. The other two tasted super bitter and one forgot the cloud foam completely. Pretty sure the other one forgot almond milk. This is my favorite drink because it's supposed to be sweet and the foam is my favorite part. It's really disappointing that I cant get my favorite drink unless a specific employee is working. On that note I have gotten 3 drinks from An and she is very helpful for indecisive customers and is even willing to make a sample if the lines aren't long. Every drink I have gotten from her has been made perfectly, and I even get a good laugh or a smile for free while I'm waiting for my drink.
