I'm very disappointed in this Dunkin Donuts. I visited this location on Sunday February 27th to purchase 2 Sausage, egg and cheese wake up wraps, along with snackin bacon and iced salted carmel coffee. Only to find 1 long strand of black hair in one of my wake up wrap. This is nasty and the fact that it was place in the bag and not see the hair is the worst.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 2/9/22 No lines, indoor dining, restrooms open, clean, friendly courteous service.
⭐⭐⭐⭐ 12/23/21 Nice newly renovated store. Service slower than expected, indoor dining and bathrooms open. For a newly renovated store it should be much cleaner.

No matter what time of day you come you’ll wait thirty minutes for your order. You could be the only person in line and still wait for twenty minutes. I only get coffee doesnt make sense how slow these people are.

Just went there, very rude guy in the drive thru. Poor customer services, disrespectful and ignorant..never come back to this location. Is very sad to have a neighborhood store like that..

Never have what you ask for and most times it's a promotional item. Have to repeat order at pickup window. The avocado toast is the size of a cracker and coffee is never consistent in quality. Ask for hot coffee you get iced and vice versa. Some of the staff are friendly others not so much. Just a pattern here as a whole, INCONSISTENCY.

Food came out quick and accurately. Then person at the window taking the order on the intercom could've shown a little better customer service. It didn't seem like he cared about what i was saying i wanted, he just wanted to rush me through the line.

The manager named PAPAK was EXTREMELY RUDE!! I don’t know how did you get that position because clearly you dont know how to talk to your customers NICELY, you need to at least google what is “CUSTOMER SERVICE” and “how to do my job - to respect my customers” so maybe you can do it next time! No wonder why your employees were laughing behind your back when we complained about your service and how you responded to us - because they know that you are right! Too bad for this DD branch to have you as a manager!!
