I worked pressure pot chicken for 7 years, so I know old oil when I see and smell it. Today's chicken is nasty. I suspect oil gets changed on a set day per week, instead of after a set amount of uses unfortunately. I didn't take it back cause I'll eat anything when I'm hungry and everything but the chicken was awesome. The thing that gets me is staff look at it as it's boxed, today you can see atleast 36 peices had aids/is nasty, yet they don't hola up the back that oil needs changing and it takes jusy 20mins to change it.

13 orders on the board. One of the self serve kiosks is dead. There’s one staff member at the front counter and appears to be 2 others chatting out the back. It’s never an efficient store and often the food is luke warm, but it still seems a safer choice than some of the other options in the food court.

Worst customer service, been for food order mentioned out of stock from the order and gave something else that cost very less then I pay, when talked to staff want to discuss the matter to manager attendant mentioned to give the receipt and threw it while I was waiting to get someone to talk. I didn't order much big but food served was cheap to what I paid 👊 😡

I love KFC BUT TODAY I Was dissapointed 1. THE PRICES HAVE GONE UP ON EVERYTHING 2. I ORDERED THE ULTIMATE BOX AND ASKED FOR THE PIECE OF CHICKEN THE THIGH MY CHOICE WHICH IS INCLUDED IN THE BOX AND I WANTED THE THIGH PIECE WHICH I GOT WHEN I OPENED THE BOX I THOUGHT I GOT A WING BUT YES IT WAS A THIGH BUT NO BIGGER THAN SMALL WING NOT HAPPY YOU SHRUNK ALL THE CHICKEN PIECES AND PUT THE PRICES UP NOT GOOD
