This is probably one of the worst cafes I have ever been to. The coffee is always burnt and bitter. The food I've ordered in the past has been beyond basic and a 5 yo could honeatly do a better job. Ordered the pancakes and they were still uncooked in the middle. Tasted like it was straight from the shake n mix bottle...also the Bananas were spoilt and brown. The staff also don't speak to you, they just do their bare minimum and hardly even smile! Wouldn't go here again.

If you want half your order forgotten and delivered at the end of your meal then this is the place for you
Edit: almost a year later and the service has not improved at all, they got an order completely wrong and had to redo it and the order they did get right was the most pathetic excuse for a chicken burger I’ve ever had. The thinnest, smallest piece of chicken I’ve had on a burger, at $17 I didn’t expect much and it still disappointed. Don’t come here

Food presentation is really nice. The serving is huge. Food is tasty and the staff are very accommodating. They even ask you of your choice of bread for your toast.
Definitely worth the money. Lovely ambiance. My family and I enjoyed our dining experience . We'll definitely come for more 😊

I regularly buy a large takeaway cappuccino for $5.40 from other cafe cherry beans cafe (Winston hills/bella vista stores) for $5.40 happy with these..
Bought one today from your blacktown store ...asked for alarge takeaway cappuccino... paid $5.40
Cappuccino came out to me in ,what i call , a medium cup size
I did complain... gentleman who served me just said " that is our large cup...
hope they are not price gauging at this store!!!!!!

Just opened few months ago, this Cafe brings new excitement to Westpoint Blacktown. Having seen their reviews on Blacktown Advocate, I was intrigued to visit and try one of their signature dishes. So I ordered the Continental penne pasta baked with Kransky. Oh boy, it's creamy, cheesy and delicious. Portion is quite generous too. The coffee, as expected from Cafe Cherry Beans, is great! Definitely become my new 'go to' place!

The Tiramisu cake was just right with full flavour and the hot chocolate was devine. Elsa had the New York cheese which in her own words... yum yumm. While Alex sipped his milkshake and played on his mob. Overall awesome taste all round.

We were told at 11:55 that they were unable to cook lunch food so we waited the 5 minutes to order. Then waited over 40 minutes for the food to come over, it was on the warmer for a good 5 minutes. Would have been quicker to get it ourselves. We had to ask 5 times for our table to be cleaned we ended up doing it ourselves. It we had not already paid for the food we would have left and gone elsewhere. I have never had such poor service if I could give no stars I would. Never ever coming back

Nice atmosphere. Ample seating space. Prices are average. Have a lot of breakfast options and lunch options. Hot drinks came pretty quickly but the food look a long time to come to the table.
