Hardee's

We have been eating at this Hardee's for years, but tonight was absolutely the worst we have ever had. I ordered a burger with cheese, mustard, and ketchup with fries, then another burger combo with fries and unsweet tea for both. Was told at the drive thru that they had no unsweet tea. Then after we paid, I ask for ketchup and salt and was told they didn't have ketchup. So the burger I ordered had no mustard or ketchup, guess they were out of mustard too, half of our fries were burnt to a crisp along with the rock hard apple pies. And the burgers were terrible, I mean awful. I don't know what that taste was, it was like the meat was spoiled or something was. So we came back home and fixed us something to eat because the Hardee;s food went in the trash. I lonly gave it 1 star because it wouldn't let me post without it..Should have been no stars. Hardee's owes me back $20

Baddest service ever see in my life. Order from driveway,when I drive up to pay, the lady say “I ask you three time is than it you didn’t answer me, if you do that again I have to make you drive around reorder. I said “I did said that all” you didn’t hear me. She look so angry. I had order 20 pice chicken tenders and ask for barbecue sauce when I order. She forgot to put sauce in there. I ask her for sauce . She said is at the bottom of the box. I check the bottom of the chicken box no sauce. She is bushit. I ask her for sauce again she give two bbq sauce for 20 pice chicken tender. I think she had menstrual pain That day. This is my first time write review in my life and she is worst service I ever see in my life.

Service was quick which is good. Thought I would try their chicken sandwich as I have trying all the others. I was not impressed. For being a hand-breaded sandwich most of the breading was on the edges and almost none on the top and bottom. The chicken itself was moist considering it is deep fried. The breading tasted a little overcooked. The chicken sandwich aside I hate sandwiches given to me in a pasteboard box. It is a waste of resources as is the huge bag to hold one sandwich. If Burger King can wrap a Whopper in just paper so could Hardee's for something just over half the size. I do like the paper around the sandwich itself but it could just as easily cover the while sandwich and send a whole lot less trash to the landfill.
