Literally came in for a bottle of water and the lady behind the counter (I didn’t grab her name) was so lovely! She was welcoming and attentive! Great customer service.

Me and a friend stopped here to get some drinks whilst we waited for our train. When we entered we was greeted with a smile. Then a situation occurred which had nothing to do with the establishment and the manager, Jayne handled it with care and patience. And made sure all customers and other staff members remained safe.

Just went in for a monster but the lady at the counter was very sweet and really quick with her service while also not rushing me. Wish I could remember her name for the review to give her credit for being so lovely :)

Excellent coffee and service!! I have to give a special mention to Cassie, who was very polite and has great customer service skills. She is very friendly and took time out her day to talk to me, she is a credit to Pumpkin cafe! She even remembered my order from last time I came in weeks ago!

Came here before heading home after a lovely week in Blackpool. Cassie was really nice and helpful! Grabbed myself a lucozade for the train and she went the extra mile to make sure it's nice and cold. Really friendly and nice to talk to. Lovely place, nice food, comfortable seating. Really great when you've got a long journey ahead and you just need to relax and eat something 😄

Served by June today, she was a super star, really helpful and friendly. There’s another member of the team who is also great with customers! Fridges could do with being colder, they food and drinks just never feel properly chilled. Also very hot in the shop!

Good service, plenty of room for cases and bags while waiting for train. Staff are very helpful and kind. Definitely worth a visit if you need to kill time waiting for a train. They sell a few food options to like sandwiches rolls and snacks.

Absolutely lovely lady. Jayne in Blackpool north was so nice and helpful. Although the prices are ridiculously high, I was going to walk out the shop but Jayne making conversation is the only reason I stayed long enough to buy something... Great staff. Thanks

Lovely staff here I have many compliments for this little cafe.
As soon as I walked in the place was immaculate, I was telling staff how amazed I was at how neat and tidy the magazine shelves are, big up to chrissie for this! I can already see how hard working they are especially in this heat! Very friendly staff very kind.
