I visit here a lot on weekday mornings and always get what I need. Great service.
Honestly, all the bad reviews about Greggs are so unnecessary. Every time I go, the sausage rolls are hot, and the pastries are fresh, and the staff are lovely. It's tasty and quick – what more do people want? Some just love to complain!
We visit every week to break up a long walk and have a hot drink and sausages for the dogs! Friendly staff who sometimes cut the sausages up too! The dogs love it :^)
Very slow and rude staff need changing not going back
OK, food is mostly cold as per usual from greggs. But nice selection decent staffing

Claire and her staff are the friendliest and most efficient people you could ever meet. They are so helpful, especially Gem who is always able to magic warm sausage rolls for my husband. They always go above and beyond to provide good service. All Greggs products are excellent both for quality and price.
