Pepper Express

Absolutely perfect I don't know if I can say enough good about our visit last night. Christmas Eve visit 30 minutes before closing and the staff could not have been kinder or more accommodating. Food prices are absolutely excellent! Quantities were exactly as we wanted! Food taste and quality exceeded our expectation. The location is not exactly beautiful but I love everything about it the small town feel and the personalized customer service are unmatched especially by the larger chain food locations. When I am in the area or even if I have to drive 45 minutes this is now my location for Chinese food no question!

I've been going to "Peppers Express" here in Bixby for over 15yrs. It's a mom-n-pop type of establishment. The food is always delicious,they're open 'till 9pm,if you don't feel like getting out. Just leave your sweats on & go through the drive-thru and pick up your meal. What I enjoy about this place is they have "egg drop soup". Most of the oriental establishments do not serve it for whatever the reason is. So the next time I'm in the mood for chinese food,I'll head to "Peppers Express" in Bixby. Try it for yourself, you'll enjoy it,too....

I've been eating pepper Express for years. They have very good Chinese food. The portions are very generous. I've had several dishes off their menu and I have never gotten anything that I didn't like. My son gets chicken fried rice every single time and he loves it. It's a family-owned restaurant and everyone is super friendly. They make your food when you order it at the drive-thru so it will take you a few minutes, or you can call your order in and it will be ready when you get there.

Ordered sweet and sour chicken and it's not crunchy at all... Very soggy. I've never had sweet and sour chicken where the chicken is actually sour, usually the sauce is sweet and sour. Fried rice was cold, clumped together, dry, and devoid of flavor. The dumplings were tasty but cold. Teriyaki chicken was yummy. Waste of money and calories. I swear this town has nothing worthwhile to eat.

Pepper Express is a hidden gem in downtown Bixby. I've lived in Bixby for 10 years and never knew about Pepper Express until last year. Now, it's my favorite Chinese restaurant. They make every order fresh, not sitting out like the other places. Super delicious and reasonably priced. They even have a drive thru. Don't let the old building fool you, this place is awesome. If you like it spicy, you can ask them to make anything hot and spicy--- but be careful, if you tell them to make it as hot as they can.... it may burn! I'm absolutely in love with the food here. I'd go every day if I could.

1st time eating there today. I was a little nervous bc it is a hole in the wall. These can be really good or really bad lol. This one is REALLY GOOD! Pleasantly surprised! It’s hard to find a good fast food Chinese place! We will be back! The food was sooooo fresh it. The lady was very friendly- we probably took 5 min just to figure out what we wanted! I got the garlic Ck and it has yummy veggies with it (fresh mushrooms, carrots, broccoli and more) my husband got the orange Ck and he said it was delicious! Oh and very cheap prices I think my meal was $6.75 and it came with an egg roll. So much food neither of us finished our plates lol
