Tried the Mobile Ordering, they had a 4 minute estimate for pickup which was pretty fast I figured. I had already arrived so I went in so I could make my drinks. I was greeted immediately and they let me know my order was almost done, and it was in fact ready within 3 minutes. Plus everything was 100% correct! I have to mention the time it took because we also go to Chick-Fil-A and mobile order but this was much faster, kudos KFC!

First and last time to visit this place. I spent almost $15 and had to throw most of it away. Chicken wasn’t good, biscuit was cold, and potatoes were crammed into a tiny plastic container. Covid regulations not followed. Girl at window pulled down her mask to talk to me. Everything was touched! I was not impressed! My grandson just wanted the bucket and it cardboard! We won’t be back!

The worse customer service ever. Manager tells cashier I can't add on a drink and I have to go back around. There's was no one on drive thru. I just pulled off and went to Popeyes. And I heard the manager say, let her assss gone. Horrible. Never again

Food is ok as well. Nothing exciting to write except that on this visit the catering team was preparing a catering order and OH WAS IT AN ORDER!! I haven't seen this much chicken boxed up in my life!!! 😁😁😁 I had to take a picture! This was only part of the order! I was standing there thinking they must be feeding UAB football team!!😂😂. So two thumbs up to the catering team!!👍👍

Why have the front door open and no Drawer at the counter then when you park and come in your asked to Please Go Through Drive Thru .

I ordered livers cooked soft and what I got was an order of liver they had already cooked...Threw in the grease to heat them up and gave to me!! I will be calling corporate on this matter
