Refurbishment has been done up very nicely, the hygiene is so good now and the work staff are brilliant, food was very nice, chicken was tender and juicy and spicy dio burgers are soon coming to this place said the manager.. looking forward to it

Chicken.Com -Coventry Rd, Birmingham. Reopened as after a refurb & it is super lovely. The place is super clean & very well presented, staff are the politest you will find in town, food is tasty & fresh everytime. We ordered wings & fries, chicken & fries, cheese burger meal & chicken fillet burger meal, all was piping hot & came with chip forks, sauces, napkins served on a tray. Top marks, can’t wait to come back, next time will try the alfresco dining experience, view across to the mark will be lovely.

The whole chain of chicken.com stores is kept to an excellent standard. Not only is it the best chicken in Birmingham, they all have friendly and welcoming staff, clean shops and kitchens, and make their chicken from fresh, unlike most who use frozen pre-battered meat. I would heartily recommend chicken.com to anyone, and hope that they expand beyond just the Birmingham area. If you're on the fence as to what to have, the fillet burger is exquisite! 👌

Well i am kind of guy who never writes or give a review to someone or place unless they are extremely too good or extremely too bad. But guys this place is fabulous.. their food their prices and most of all the staff. It just give me extra peices of wings and been so nice just because my chicken piece for the grill burger meal was little shrinked while grilling. It was fine tho was lil small but the way they will offer yu for that is too good. I had a customer infront of me who was sooo rude the guy on the till taking order but he just handled everything so well and still sefved him the best service with burger meal, smile and on time.. well done keep it up like tha...
