Absolutely delicious Chinese, I am from out of area and was looking for a Chinese that would be good. From ordering on the phone to the delivery driver, the staff were friendly and polite and the food was brilliant, the chicken balls are so crispy which I loved.

We ordered the shredded chilli chicken, Chicken fried rice with cashew nuts and chow mein this evening, it was absolutely perfect, friendly delivery guy and super fast delivery.

Love this Chinese, it’s our local and we tend to order from here every week. Lovely staff and love the crispy salt and pepper chilli chicken

Lovely food a bit pricey. My last review was a year ago. And since then we use every Saturday. We do request thigh meat, As they changed chicken due to a complaint. We drive well out of our area to New Ruby as it is the best we have found.....

Hardly any wait when you collect but long sometimes for delivery seeing as it's good food and good prices it's popular. High / top cleanliness rating. You can pay by card which is rare for most Chinese Takeout locally friendly staff and warm waiting space. All good ;-)

Tried new ruby as our local closed for refurb. We Had king prawn chow mein (asked for it to be spicy, wasn't but that can be rectified) special foo young chips n curry sauce. Friendly staff, VERY IMPRESSED 👍will Definitely try again
