This is a little gem of a place. Decent mixed grill, vegetarian and meat ones. Their curries and naan were pretty good too. First time here so tried the 'medium' spiciness option for lamb bhuna, which was very tasty but just a little tame. Next time I will go for the 'hotter' one. Nice atmosphere, and great service. Will be back soon.

First time here tonight. Food was amazing. Portions a good size and very tasty. Had medium grill for starter which could easily feed 4 people. Mains very tasty. Chicken Tikka, Butter chicken and chicken tikka masala. Really was value for money and very tasty. Highly recommended.

We visited yesterday, Saturday afternoon.
The food was delicious and the portions were great.
The staff was very nice and the chef came out to meet with us and got our feedback.
There's ample parking space for all patrons.

Wow me and my partner went here tonight I must say we were very pleasantly surprised . The starter was lovely . Curry ( Jalfrezi ) was to die for . Would highly recommend giving it a try .

Lovely experience, first time here, went with my son , the staff member behind the bar was lovely friendly and very helpful and polite. The service was 💯. The large mixed grill was fire 🔥......................... loved the lamb biryani and the chilli chips best by far. Premises were clean and fresh definitely will be going back with the family and friends................................. 🍲

We came here to watch the football a couple of weeks ago. It was a nice place and the grill was decent. Other customers in at that time were friendly and we ended up having a laugh together! Can't knock it, would deffo come back if I'm in the area.

If you’re craving an Indian mixed grill and you want to eat at a place that serves really good authentic Indian food then try this place out.
The mixed grill includes lamb chops, kebabs, chicken tikka/wings, fish and prawns. All taste decent and the portion is big!
The curries are above average.
Naans are fresh!

Probably a bit unfair to rate a 4 on food but it wasn't all to our taste. I did love that you could choose how hot your meal was and the chilli chips were to die for! I will be back for those alone. Looking forward to trying other bits on the menu and seeing what else we like there

Me my family visited for the first time, on Saturday,was absolutely beautiful , there was 14 of us , there was no mistakes with orders , food came out all together, beautiful food could not believe how much chicken was in my balti was really impressed, Toni was a excellent host very friendly. Will definitely be returning 😁👍xx

Our first visit for my birthday. I was a little sceptical at first due to previous repution. I need not have worried. We had a fab night. Toni and her team were lovely. Food was excellent. Very generous portions. I had my go to favourite of chicken pathia and can honestly say it was the best I've tasted. Will definitely be back. Thank you

4.5 rating for me, fabulous food, plenty of options for vegetarians, arguably the veg-mix grill is better than the meat one. Nice creamy veg butter chicken and veg chilli soya. I must say Mount Tavern is better in food and service than Hamptons Soho Tavern. Nothing beats the original Soho Tavern in Hockley though ;)

Recently had a take away from this place, the food was okay. I only ordered a mixed grill with garlic naan and have to say the food arrived fresh and hot.
However the quality is so so, it was very greasy and oily for a mixed grill which you don’t expect. As a result of oily dish this caused me a few issues.
In general it was okay, I’m going to go to the restaurant to try it out properly!
One suggestion is please use sustainable containers, plastic is no good!

Visited on a Tuesday evening, wasn't very busy but plenty of food was being served, which was a good sign. We ordered a large mix grill, garlic naans, masla chips and a kids meal. All the food was cooked perfectly and season well. The service and welcome from the staff and assistant manager was great, and we will definitely be returning.

Food was excellent, spot on & authentic, service was quick with a smile, drinks were plentiful. Probably the best Indian food I've had in a long time. Lots of parking and a clean, well maintained restaurant! Would definitely visit again
